Help Yarn Bomb Wheaton!
Volunteers needed ages 12 and older to help hang crochet panels on lamp posts around the Wheaton Triangle area from 10 am to 12 noon. Meet at the Marian Fryer Town Plaza adjacent to the Wheaton Metro.
Expect to walk several blocks and sew panel edges together.
Participants may also be asked to climb ladders, pull wagons and/or carry bags of material.
Please wear comfortable clothing and close-toed comfortable shoes.

This year's Yarn Bomb for the Wheaton Arts Parade is happening over two hours on August 11.
We will have all the supplies needed on site

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
