One Montgomery Green (OMG) is hosting a FREE Community Paper Shredding and Electronic recycling event for the community on Sept 30th, 2023 from 10 am-1 pm at the Silver Spring Methodist Church parking lot 8900 Georgia Ave Silver Spring MD 20910.
We are looking for volunteers to staff the information booth, help direct traffic and provide general information about OMG. Volunteers are expected to arrive by 9:30a to help set ups stations.
Volunteers have be to at least 14 years old. SSL hours are available.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
