Learn a valuable skill and add to your knowledge of local history by volunteering to be a guide for walking tours of old Germantown. You will be given an instructional tour, description cards and a map to guide visitors on a 45 minute walking tour of the historic area of Germantown, an agricultural railroad town of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
