The American Heart Association is thrilled to announce that we are now recruiting volunteers of all ages for our Lawyers Have Heart 10K, 5K & Fun Walk. We have many opportunities for the day of this fun event for individuals, families, and groups. The 33rd anniversary race will be held on Saturday, May 20th overlooking the Potomac River at our new location at West Potomac Park.
Since its inception in 1991, Lawyers Have Heart has raised more than $17 million for the American Heart Association, advancing the organization’s mission to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. Volunteers play a critical role in the event and will provide support at water stops, the Start/Finish line and assist with check-in and the post-race party.
