Casa da Cultura EducArte's first annual Festa Julina Wheaton Brazilian Summer Festival is an outdoor, high-quality, highly visible, free cultural event for the community that highlights the importance of Brazilian small businesses, artists, community, and cultural arts in Wheaton.
The festival celebrates São João or Fest Junina and will feature local Brazilian restaurants, local and touring live bands, an arts bazaar market, and traditional dances, like quadrilha, forró, capoeira and more.

EducArte will provide volunteers with sandwiches, snacks, drinks, and water.
Volunteers must arrive by 11:00 a.m., one hour before the festival starts and support the event until 5:00 p.m., one hour after the end time.
