Grace Helping Hands is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with administrative Inquiry tasks to support our mission of providing essential toiletry kits to homeless women and children.

Role Overview
The Admin Inquiry Volunteer at Grace Helping Hands supports volunteer recruitment by conducting virtual interviews with prospective volunteers and assisting with onboarding sessions for new members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual interviews to learn about prospective volunteers’ interests, skills, and availability.
- Communicate with applicants and answer questions about volunteer opportunities.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and onboarding sessions.
- Introduce new volunteers to the organization, expectations, and available resources.
- Help organize volunteer information and onboarding records.
Expectations
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with volunteers.
- Stay organized and responsive to volunteer inquiries on Idealist & Moco organization
- Attend scheduled interviews, onboarding sessions, and team meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of volunteer information.
