Searching for a skilled facilitator to design and lead a thoughtful, inclusive strategic planning process that gathers diverse stakeholder perspectives and helps the organization articulate clear, actionable strategic priorities and recommended next steps. Specific session design, timeline, and materials will be discussed with volunteers.
This project will help refine priorities that strengthen intergenerational programs in school readiness, workforce development, and community empowerment. Volunteers will help chart a path that reduces isolation and expands meaningful connections between children, older adults, and families.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will collaborate closely with the facilitator, share organizational context and program information, and coordinate stakeholder participation so the resulting priorities can be adopted and advanced in our next phase of growth. We have a previous strategic plan with which we are using for a jumping off point. Volunteers will work closely with the Board President and Executive Director.
