Looking for a fun way to give back, gain leadership experience, and make a real impact in your community? Our organization is seeking junior and senior students to help run a bowling club for adults with IDD in the Fairfax area!
When: Every other Sunday starting 4/19, 12:30–2:30 PM

What you’ll do:
- Collect cash payments and take attendance
- Coordinate with the bowling alley and our program coordinator
- Help participants take turns, organize games, and promote socialization
- Provide support and interaction as you feel comfortable
- Facilitate a friendly and welcoming social environment for all
Prior experience with IDD preferred, but not required.
Commitment: Regular attendance is encouraged to provide consistency for our participants. Training is quick and easy—a 15–20 minute Zoom call before your first session.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
