- Assist Resident Services Coordinator with reviewing residents files to maintain up-to-date records, synching paper records with digital records for accuracy, and creating email distribution lists in Outlook.
- Support RSC in identifying residents in need of additional services, maintaining informational displays, and creating flyers for future events.
- Promote events and services to residents by phone or in-person to increase number of residents served.
