By addressing barriers to learning such as nutrition and access to educational resources, we aim to empower children and create opportunities for a brighter future.

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the students in need. As a volunteer in Grants Research, Applications, and Management, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. Your expertise will help secure vital funding to sustain and expand our programs, directly impacting the lives of children in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Research Grants: Identify and evaluate grant opportunities aligned with the mission and goals of Helping Hands for Humanity.
  • Application Development: Prepare compelling grant applications and proposals, including drafting narratives, budgets, and required documentation.
  • Grant Management: Oversee awarded grants, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines, timely reporting, and effective utilization of funds.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors and program leaders to align grant opportunities with organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Database Management: Maintain records of grant applications, deadlines, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze funding opportunities and align them with organizational needs.
  • Preferred experience in grant writing, research, or fundraising for non-profit organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
