Holy Cross Hospice provides quality care for individuals diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, health aides, chaplains, and trained volunteers work together to provide comfort and care to help families through this difficult time.
Volunteers are an essential part of the Holy Cross Hospice team. Taking care of someone who is facing a life-limiting illness can be overwhelming. Working closely with the team, volunteers provide support to patients and their families to enhance their quality of life.
