Who We Are
United Elite Education Association (UEEA) is a U.S. based nonprofit dedicated to providing international and local students and community members information on education, cultural, business practices, and other essential skillsets that prepares them for success in the ever increasingly competitive global workforce. MISSION: Strengthen Asian and American connections and develop future leaders by supporting and broadening the cultural, social, and educational experiences of American, Asian-American, and International students. VISION UEEA BELIEVE physical borders are to be transcended. The path to strong and deep bonds begins when young people in China and America get to know one another in meaningful ways. UEEA ENDEAVOR to accomplish this goal through what has historically created strong bonds between people: Sharing. The sharing and exchange of traditions, teachings, and ethnic experiences is the pathway to healthy relationships. Cultural Immersion – We inspire young people from China and the United States to embrace the richness of each other's diverse traditions through direct and indirect interactions. We connect students to programs that are inspirational, educational, and that support emotional maturity. UEEA THINK cultural immersion leads to holistic and healthy societies. GROW Connections made through the simple act of getting to know another person and their life broadens the horizons of the individual which in turn uplifts the human spirit. UEEA BELIEVE empowering Asian-American students through more extensive social connections, links to diverse educational, and community opportunities will enrich their lives and prepare them to be authentic and well-balanced citizens of the world. UEEA ENDEAVOR to be a resource hub for students and families who seek to balance education, social experiences, and volunteer opportunities that are enriching. We also work on behalf of international exchange students to assist and support their acclimation to the U.S culture. Local Educational Resources – We are here to help students and families find the best and most enriching education opportunities in the Maryland, Virginia, and D.C area. These educational prospects are chosen to allow Asian-Americans to engage in diverse cultural experiences that are the hallmark of America. Global Learning Resources – Knowing that international learning builds self-esteem and confidence as well as acceptance and understanding of other cultures, we offer information on foreign exchange programs. Entertainment Activities – Understanding that well-balanced individuals require leisure and fun activities, we identified entertainment activities that students can participate in that also encourages them to meet other young people. Taking advantage of the cultural diversity of the United States enhances their overall learning process. Improve Student Social Learning (SSL) Skills – Wanting students to reach their full future leadership potential, we guide students to succeed in social endeavors. Social and communications skills are necessary for success in college and any career they choose. UEEA THINK broadening Asian-American and international students' perspectives will inspire them to change the world for the better and become leaders of a global society that enriches all of humanity. Providing the youth of today with the intellectual opportunities and social skills they need to succeed in college and their careers will also keep the United States a leader in innovation, education, and equality. Stepping outside of their comfort zone, Asian-American youth and international students can truly learn and become healthy, emotionally-balanced individuals and leaders in the community.
