Washington Area Frisbee Club (WAFC)

The 3,500-member Washington Area Frisbee Club (WAFC) is a non-profit, volunteer driven organization dedicated to promoting flying disc sports in the Washington DC metropolitan area. WAFC sponsors local ultimate leagues that include divisions for players of all levels, from beginner to national-caliber. Ultimate in the nation’s capital offers a great way to make new friends and get – or stay – in shape. And we’re always looking for new, energetic volunteers to help keep the games flowing. We want to start everyone moving and becoming active.

The purpose of WAFC shall be to promote the growth and development of flying disc sports in the Washington DC metropolitan area with emphasis in youth through the sponsorship of recreation leagues, flying disc tournaments, and educational displays and demonstrations.
