WHEATON LIBRARY VITA

Our VITA site prepares tax returns for low income taxpayers, generally under $53,000 of Adjusted Gross Income. We offer e-filing of federal and state simple returns, and limited assistance with prior year and amended returns.

We usually do our preparation at the Wheaton Library, but while it is being renovated, we will be at the Long Branch Library in Silver Spring. Our procedures are governed by IRS, and all of our preparers are Certified. In addition, we also assist with tax help at the Bethesda( Walter Reed) USO and at the Rockville Housing Enterprises. We are always looking for Spanish translators.
