Who We Are

St. Patrick's Catholic Church is a vibrant Catholic Community in Rockville, Maryland. Our parish regularly offers opportunities for service to the local community. We have many different ministries serving multiple populations. Our largest volunteer based program is the Rockville Catholic Summer Program, www.rockvillecatholicsummer.com

What We Do

 Rockville Catholic Summer Program

Volunteers are needed helping to staff our 7 week summer camp. Volunteers assist paid counselors in keeping campers safe, transporting them throughout the campus, assisting with arts and crafts and generally being a positive role model for campers. Volunteers help set up classrooms and distribute supplies, organize and clean alongside counselors. Volunteers at RCSP are crucial for keeping our campers safe and happy!

Holiday Giving

Under the direction of our social concerns director, volunteers assist in our annual Thanksgiving and Christmas giving campaigns. Depending on the program, volunteers may be carrying and organizing different types of food, directing those who are coming to pick up food and supplies, or helping to load cars.

Greg Gannon Food Drive

Volunteers assist by distributing Greg Gannon bags to participants who fill with food. Volunteers then assist in collecting, transporting and distributing food to community organizations.
