Who We Are

Building better lives for those in need through emergency safety net services (prevention of utility cut-off; eviction prevention; temporary short-term emergency shelter for the homelessness, Food Pantry families in need and adult and cnildren's diaper for those in need.)  We provide job search and resume preparation assistance.  We also provide financial literacy classes annually.

What We Do

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization.  Volunteers will stock shelves, load and unload trucks, check expiration dates for food donations, sort food donations, store food into appropriate storage units or containers, pack grocery bags, fill grocery carts, deliver grocery carts to clients, sanitize grocery carts, and break down boxes.  Administrative volunteers will record information into databases, retrieve voice mail messages and record in phone log, return phone calls, copy and/or file documents, scan documents, research grants using internet.   We welcome groups of up to 20 volunteers for food distributions.  Children should be 16 or older or 12 or older accompanied by parent or guardian.
