Vision Statement It is the vision of EAYSAM to provide each player the opportunity to sports and educational venue that nurtures their common heritage, help them improve their skill and encourage sportsmanship. 3. Mission Statement The missions of the EAYSAM are: A. To promote and facilitate the development of sports and sportsmanship, B. To encourage youth leadership and educational advancement, C. To help preserve cultural identity, D. To promote warm and caring relationship among members, players and parents. 

Volunteers seeking SSL (Student Service Learning) hours in EAYSAM contribute their time and skills to support various essential tasks. These tasks may include coaching youth teams, assisting with sports events and tournaments, managing equipment, and engaging in community outreach efforts. By actively participating in these roles, volunteers not only fulfill their SSL hour requirements but also play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment for young athletes.
