Chinese American Parents And Students Association

CAPSA represents its constituents to address educational issues and needs to Montgomery County public schools (MCPS)system; promotes cross-cultural understanding in Montgomery County (MC); provides assistance to new immigrant families in adjusting their lives in the MC educational system; and utilizes our resource bank to enhance the multicultural environment in the MCPS.

Tutoring Program:  Match student tutors and k-12 tutees into pairs, and students could help each to make academic progress.

Cultural Activities: Advocate Chinese Culture to the community
