Who We Are
The Village of North Chevy Chase was created as a special tax district in 1924 and incorporated as a municipality in 1996. The Village consists of 211 single-family dwellings within a .11 sq. mile area, adjacent to the Connecticut Avenue entrance to the Capital Beltway (I-495). The Village is governed by an elected Council of 5 members and has a part-time Village manager.
