Who We Are

AAFEA is the leading non-profit organization dedicated to preparing and supporting African Americans for advancement into and within the senior ranks of the United States Government.

What We Do

Student Volunteers assist with the associations programs such as the annual leadership workshop, holiday event, webinars, social media, graphic design, and community outreach. They will be able to assist in the development of Association's social media posts. Help brainstorm how to build a pipeline of students into the Federal Workforce

Students interested in photography can shadow other professionals at the events. Students can participate and do market research for the upcoming webinars and in-person events.

Students can attend events and meet and greet senior officials in the US Federal government.
