Volunteer: Cherrywood HOA Annual Picnic 2026Our HOA needs volunteers to help set-up and clean-up for our annual picnic and also help run children's activities during the picnic (crafts and games). We have a variety of fun activities to assist with: Moon bounce, Popcorn Machine, Cotton Candy, Spin Art, Food Distribution etc.
**** In the event of heavy rain this event will be canceled, an email will be sent if so**** Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
