Description
Global Youth Service Day is our nation's biggest day of service. Join Small Things Matter on Sunday April 30 rescheduled due to the rain at the intersection of Carroll and Laurel Avenues in Takoma Park from 9am-1pm to help spread kindness in our community. There are 3 activities that you can come out and support!
- cups of cheer: fill a cup with treats for seniors
- rock painting: share a kind word or a picture to brighten a senior's day
- card making: write a note or share a poem
There will be younger students at these events and we need you to help them as well as to craft with us. Come out and have fun, make a difference, and earn SSL hours!
