This President's Day, A Wider Circle, So What Else, & WorkSource Montgomery will be coming together to host a Community Connection Event!
A Wider Circle will be providing various types of home furnishings including Dressers, Upholstered Chairs, Desks, Desk Chairs, & End Tables as well as a limited number of king & full beds.
So What Else will be distributing food.
WorkSource Montgomery will be bringing their new Mobile Job Center to provide access to employment and support resources!
A Wider Circle provides furniture, household items, and more to individuals and families in need, free-of -charge. We also provide Career Support programming, Professional Clothing, and programming directly within low-income communities.
WorkSource Montgomery focuses on linking local and regional economic development & workforce efforts in Montgomery County, Maryland. WSM develops a deep understanding of target & emerging industry demands, creating sustainable workforce solutions that are tailored to the region.
SWE strives to improve the lives of children and families living in underserved communities in the Baltimore - Washington Metro Area by providing food security, access to basic necessities, and high-quality out-of-school time programs in literacy, academic confidence, STEM and economic/fiscal/social competency, athletics, the visual and performing arts. SWE seeks to inspire young learners, generational leaders and community partners to engage with and participate in relief and development efforts by offering regular and curated volunteer opportunities for denizens of all backgrounds, ages, interests, capabilities and capacities.
