Up to three volunteer positions are available to support front desk operations for the Office of Consumer Protection. Collectively, volunteers will provide coverage during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), ensuring continuous front desk assistance. Scheduling is flexible, and volunteers may serve part-time shifts.
Volunteers will receive orientation and training on office procedures, consumer service protocols, and the use of Office 365 applications. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in public service, administrative operations, and consumer protection programs in a dynamic government setting.

Skills Needed:
1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to work well with the public and staff in a professional, courteous manner.
3. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.).

5. Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
6. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
