Come and help us mulch a new planting bed, water newly planted trees and shrubs, weed a garden bed ready for the new student nature club to plant into, and carry out any other maintenance tasks before we head into dormancy.
When: November 2nd, 10am-2pm (in case of very poor weather we will postpone)
Where: Takoma Park Elementary School, Takoma Park, MD. Meet in the playground
Please do bring your own water, and if you have gardening/work gloves then please bring those too.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
