Who We Are
No Excuse mom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization through Fitness Without Borders helping bring health and fitness into the home of families. Mothers often can’t find time to go the gym due to young children or hectic schedules, instead we incorporate a community that provides free work outs and play dates! We meet at local playgrounds and public indoor facilities around the Montgomery County area. We also provide a health and fitness local community for women.
