Community Tax Aid

Since 1987 Community Tax Aid has provided free tax preparation assistance to low-income families and individuals in the metropolitan Washington DC area.

We provide free high-quality income tax preparation to low-income individuals and families across the metro DC area, including a site at Rockville and Wheaton Library. We are also looking for volunteers to help our clients with the tricky forms before they are seen by a preparer. We are also looking for interpreters to help our preparers do returns for clients who don't speak English.
