St Bartholomew Church

Saint Bartholomew Catholic Parish, located in Bethesda Maryland, welcomes all to the parish community.  We strive to live a sacramental life centered on the Eucharist, committed to living and spreading the message of Jesus Christ through worship, education, service, faithful witness and careful stewardship.  

We strive to continually live our faith by serving the community.  We strive to develop our youth into life-long learners grounded in faith, critical thinking, and service to others. In a community of Christ's love, we foster compassion and leadership through community collaboration.  We prepare our youth to be active global citizens who live the Word of God and who are ready to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Service opportunities include providing dinner to shelters; participate in multiple food drives; gathering food for the local pantry and the “So Others May Eat” Program; ministries to support the weak and vulnerable persons in our midst and preparing for community celebrations and events.  We are not seeking volunteers.
