First Tee - Greater Washington, DC is a youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people throughout DC, Northern Virginia, Montgomery County and Prince George's County. Through after school and in school programs, we help shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf. And it’s making a difference.

We need enthusiastic and caring individuals to serve as positive mentors and role models to kids and teens of various backgrounds. Our coaches’ ability to develop impactful relationships with our participants is the backbone of our program. You don’t have to be a golf pro to volunteer with us - we provide training. All you need is a passion for youth development

Volunteer Role

• Deliver First Tee Program to kids and teens (we’ll provide training!)
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with setup and breakdown of activities
• Have fun while sharing the excitement of the game
