Washington Conservatory of Music

The Washington Conservatory of Music (WCM) has been dedicated to fostering the joy of music and guiding students of all ages and skill levels to reach their personal musical potential for over 40 Years. WCM provides children, teens, and adults in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding metro area with the opportunity to study, without audition, under the guidance of WCM’s Fellowship of artist music teachers.

Volunteers will have a blast with the Washington Conservatory by counseling our summer camps! These are one-week camps running from the end of June through August each year. Volunteering students will help facilitate an enriching musical experience for our young campers by helping our instructors lead classes, assisting in creation of lesson material, and providing hands-on support with creative processes including arts and crafts, movement, and performances.
