Who We Are
Services to End and Prevent Homelessness (SEPH) operates Housing Stabilization Services, Rental Assistance, Home Energy Assistance Programs and Homeless/Shelter Services to alleviate or prevent negative and/or distressing housing-related situations for Montgomery County residents. Special needs populations include homeless individuals and families, persons with mental health and substance abuse issues, individuals with developmental disabilities, transitioning youth, and seniors. SEPH collaborates with public and private services providers agencies to: promote the expansion of affordable housing for special needs populations, maintain housing stability for vulnerable households, link housing with essential supportive services for special needs populations, and prevent homelessness and the loss of permanent housing.
