Who We Are
The RISE Circle Foundation, Inc. is a newly incorporated nonprofit based in Rockville, Maryland. Founded by high school student Madelyn Lolley, our mission is to democratize elite STEM education. We provide high-potential students worldwide with advanced resources, PhD-level mentorship, and research-grade curricula to bridge the gap between standard high school coursework and global innovation.
What We Do
Volunteers directly support our students and programs by acting as mentors and helping deliver advanced STEM resources. They also assist with developing research-grade curricula, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the day-to-day operations and program design of the foundation.
