Rising Luminaries Inc.

Rising Luminaries Inc. is a youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children through educational and creative programs. The organization conducts donation drives to distribute handmade gifts created by volunteers, including art kits, toys, bookmarks, and cards of encouragement, to children in shelters. Rising Luminaries also provides free science and art classes for elementary-aged children during the summer.

- Make crochet stuffed animals, handwritten notes, bookmarks, beaded keychains/jewelry, hats, scarves, gloves, and pillowcases for children in hospitals and shelters - Send personalized kits with art supplies, toys, hygiene products, and cards of encouragement to children in hospitals and shelters - Make videos of volunteers reading aloud and upload for kids to watch - Create science and art related lesson plans for elementary-aged children, along with teaching the lessons
