Vision: We Envision a world where all immigrants, minorities, and the underserved are financially thriving and protected, receiving justice, and ensuring their needs are met effectively through reduced informal employment and equitable access to quality jobs in the future. We are on a mission: - To invest in the 'Human Capital’, and provide support and protection, professional development, and advocacy programs to one million skilled immigrants and under-served communities and minorities. - To improve the financial independence, economic autonomy, and well-being of the Newcomers for more inclusive societies and equal economic opportunities.

What We Do

Our Programs Include: Programs and services 1- Trauma- informed Workforce Development Training For Newcomers. 2- Outplacement services for jobseekers newcomers during the transitional period. 3- Corporate Social Responsibility Programs with Public and Private Businesses 4- Advocacy and Philanthropy to combat gender-based violence, racial, economic, and healthcare disparities, injustice, and inequalities. 5- Access to Affordable Housing [ AIM: Action in Montgomery County]. 6- Legal Immigration Referal Program 7- Thrivers Academy for skill development, scholarships, and economic empowerment [the University of MD, and Montgomery College]. 8- Youth Matters Mentoring Program to dismantle racial injustice [ Middle School Mentoring Program]. 9- Food distribution program 10- Free clinics to underserved uninsured or underinsured individuals and communities. 11- Free Mammogram Screening for immigrant women over 40 Years Old who are un(der)insured. 12- Free Maternity Boxes for new moms and babies. 13- Free Laptops and Refurbished Computers [ County Program]. 14- Employment and Medical Referrals programs for +55 the population. 15- Life coaching skills for jobseekers 16- Financial literacy program with Gaithersburg. 17-Religious, interfaith, and cultural awareness gift bags 18- Mental Health Program and access to resources 19- Trauma informed solutions through academic research for immigrants and survivors of gender and sexual based-violence 20- Employers' Recruitment and Talent Acquisition programs. 21- Cooking Licence Training for Humanity Program 22-Veterans and war survivors' special employment navy programs. 23- Student\College Advocacy Programs 24- Diveristy Intern\Externiship Program for immigrant communities.
