Who We Are
WEC is a non-profit, community-based organization that trains volunteer teachers and tutors to provide high-quality educational services and life-skills programs to all adult immigrants in the Washington metropolitan area (and now that we are virtual, worldwide) regardless of ability to pay.
What We Do
We recruit, prepare, and train volunteers to facilitate English classes to adult immigrants and refugees.
