What We Do
Compassion Bridge Corporation (CBC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2018 with the mission of providing educational opportunities for children with limited access and sharing love and care with seniors, low-income communities, and all those who appreciate music but lack access to live performances.
The Young Artists Music Society (YAMS) is a youth-driven branch under CBC. Over the past seven years, YAMS has organized seasonal concerts for senior citizens and various community events. In October 2019, YAMS successfully raised over three thousands of dollars through a Hurricane Relief Concert to support recovery efforts for the recent hurricane in the Bahamas, with the honor of welcoming the Bahamian Ambassador in attendance.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, YAMS students reached out to senior centers, police departments, and hospitals to present virtual music concerts, offering comfort and support to the community during a challenging time.
As of today, YAMS has taught over 355 hours of music lessons and has hosted more than 80 concerts.
As YAMS continues to grow, we remain committed to bringing music, love, and joy to our communities and inspiring others to make a difference through the power of the arts.
